Pupil Premium Form

All students eligible for free school meals or Pupil Premium have an allowance of £120 per year to use against the cost of uniform or trips. 

If you would like to claim back the cost of uniform or equipment you have already purchased, please complete this form. Receipts must be uploaded as evidence of the cost. Photos or screenshots or receipts are welcome.

When approved, reimbursements will be made via BACS. Please allow up to two weeks for payments to be processed.
