JCQ Information for Candidates
Exam candidates must familiarise themselves with the JCQ rules and regulations by reading and understanding all the “JCQ Information for candidates” documents which are available here.
Exam candidates must also familiarise themselves with the “JCQ exam room posters” by reading and understanding the following documents available here or below.
The A Level results day is on Thursday 15 August 2024.
Year 13 candidates are invited to come in to USH between 09:00 – 10:00 to sign for and collect their exam results envelope.
Students who are unavailable to collect their results in person will have their results emailed to their school email address between 10:00 – 12:00.
These are the only two options available.
Results will only be given to the student.
(Please note Year 12 candidates who have taken Core Maths will have their results emailed to their school email address between 12:00 – 13:00).
(Please note Year 12 candidates who have taken BTEC or CTECH unit exams will receive their unit results when they return to school in September 2024).
The GCSE results day is on Thursday 22 August 2024.
Year 11 candidates are invited to come in to USH between 09:00 – 10:00 to sign for and collect their exam results envelope.
Students who are unavailable to collect their results in person will have their results emailed to their school email address between 10:00 – 12:00.
These are the only two options available.
Results will only be given to the student.
(Please note Year 10 and Year 9 MFL candidates will have their results emailed to their school email address between 12:00 – 13:00).
Information regarding post results services will be made available shortly via a separate communication to students and parents/carers.
Any payment for these services will be via the specific named requests in ParentPay.
Certificates for the June 2024 exam series will be available for collection on Monday 16 December 2024.
GCSE certificates will be available to sign for and collect from the Reception area between 13:30 – 15:30.
A Level certificates will be available to sign for and collect from the new Sixth Form canteen at a social reception with refreshments between 16:00 – 17:30.
Alternatively exam certificates can be posted out via Royal Mail recorded delivery service (RM signed for). There is a cost for this service – please see the specific named request in ParentPay, available to opt into between July and August 2024 only.
Uncollected certificates from the June 2022 and June 2023 exam series are also available to sign for and collect.
