Students from Years 7 to 10 took part in a vocal workshop organised by the Heart of England Music Hub at Warwick University Arts Centre this week. Led by Suzi Vango, 300 students from across Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire schools learned some great vocal warm ups before rehearsing and performing a medley of songs from the musical Les Misérables, accompanied by a live band. Students particularly enjoyed the chance to learn some of the vocal harmonies. Well done to all of the students involved, and particularly to Alisa from Year 8 who was selected on the day to be part of one of the ensemble groups.
