You may remember we recently told you about a group of Myton students who had made it through to the final of a competition run by the Midcounties Co-operative in which they had to create a campaign to raise awareness of the dangers of plastic pollution and reduce single use plastic in their school.
The team attended the final at Chateau Impney on Saturday 11 May to present their campaign. We are delighted to report that they won the competition and the school has received a cheque for £500. Congratulations to: Ruben Siemon Kleba, Georgia Lawson-Usherwood, Jessica Komarasinha, Joyal John, Shivryan Dulay, Julian Young and Josh Faries.
