Our Year 8 students missed their HPV vaccine last academic year due to Covid-19 restrictions. These students, who are now in Year 9, will be having their vaccine on Monday 21 September. This week you will have received a letter with further information. We did receive a large number of consent forms last academic year, but if you did not send one in please use this form (HPV Consent form) and ask your child to drop it off at the SIMS office by Monday 14 September.
