This week our Geography Department have taken all Year 10 geography students on a field trip to Birmingham on three consecutive days. They were examining how people’s quality of life varies depending on their postcode. (The photo was taken on the non-rainy day!)

Students worked really well in difficult conditions, collecting data for their GCSE exams. They had to interact with local people and complete a number of primary research tasks including environmental quality surveys and index of decay tasks.
