Year 8 Rounders
On Tuesday 14 June, our Year 8 Girls’ team beat Kenilworth 25 – 7 – well done!!
Year 9 Rounders tournament results
Following a busy few weeks of sport, the Year 9 Rounders team played well in their pool matches, winning both matches, beating Campion and Kenilworth.
They then faced Kingsley in the semi final and narrowly lost 3 ½ to 5. Kingsley went on to the final where they faced Southam who won the tournament.
County Super Six Selection for both Year 8 girls and boys Athletes
Following success in the Sportshall Athletics at the start of the year, the Year 8 teams have been selected to compete in a Super 6 Athletics competition on 7 July.
District Athletics Championships
Good luck to the year 7 & 8 boys and girls Athletics teams who compete in the Area Championships on Tuesday 28 June.
Primary Netball Festival Leaders
A huge thank you to the four Year 9 students who helped on Thursday 16 June at the Primary School Netball Festival held at Kingsley playing fields.
The organisers and staff were in high praise of the students, who led and organised the Year 5/6 students into warm up and matches throughout the morning.
They were great ambassadors for the school, so well done to Mahi, Mari, Maisie and Emma.
Warwickshire Athletics success for Myton Athletes
The Warwickshire Schools Athletics Championships took place on Saturday 11 June at Nuneaton and many Myton students took part, representing the Central Area in the competition.
Huge congratulations to all who participated and especially to the new Warwickshire Champions
