Dear Parents and Carers
Yesterday was a great day for Myton School, as we officially joined The Stowe Valley Multi Academy Trust. This has taken some time to achieve and we join an established family of schools that we know well, including Coten End Primary, Myton Gardens Primary and Oakley School, in a common quest to make this the very best area in which to go to school. Whilst we maintain all our uniqueness that makes Myton School such a wonderful place to be, we now have a network of like minded schools and people who support one another in giving well over 8000 students a fantastic school experience.
For today, I have asked the CEO of the Stowe Valley Multi Academy Trust, Ranjit Samra, to do the Weekly News to introduce himself, and his Multi Academy Trust to you all.

Dear Myton School Parents and Carers
I am delighted and proud to be asked to contribute to this newsletter in the first week in which Myton School is part of the Stowe Valley family (see below the full list of schools). This follows a number of years in which Myton has successfully been working in partnership with Stowe Valley schools and staff.
Myton is a school of great standing. Its track record of academic excellence and strong pastoral care has produced many thousands of outstanding students, who because of their school experiences have gone on to have huge success and happiness in their adult lives.
By being a valued member of the Stowe Valley family, I hope we can enhance the excellent provision on offer at Myton but also that our other schools can learn from Myton. Working together I am convinced that we can further enable all students to flourish and build happy lifelong memories of their school days.
The job of this Trust is to support and facilitate schools to keep their unique identity so they can serve all those who are connected to the school in the best way possible. These stakeholders reflect the community in which they sit, and the job of the school/trust is to enhance this community.
I look forward to being part of the Myton community and aim to give every student a happy and inspiring school experience.
