Dear Parents and Carers
This week I would like to personally thank one of our PE teachers who has retired after an incredible 33 years of service to the school. A former Head Girl, keen sportswoman and natural leader, she has always brought energy and integrity to everything she does.
Over the years Miss Cole has taken on a wide range of roles, including Head of Year and Head of PE, earning the respect of colleagues and students alike through her professionalism, warmth and commitment to engaging girls in sport. Known for her positive outlook, ready smile and great sense of humour, she has also been deeply committed to enrichment, leading trips and activities that have helped generations of students grow in confidence and character.
To dedicate not just years but decades to teaching is remarkable. Miss Cole’s impact on Myton goes far beyond the classroom. Her dedication, enthusiasm and care for young people leave a lasting legacy we are incredibly grateful for. We wish her all the very best for a happy and well-deserved next chapter.
