The Four Shires Magazine is running a ‘Young Author Challenge’ asking young writers to write a story of up to 500 words under the title of A Summer Adventure.
The competition’s upper age category is open to 10-14 year olds and prizes include – the winners seeing their stories in print, tickets to the Roald Dahl Museum and book tokens from Old Hall Bookshop in Brackley. The competition closes on 5 September 2017.
