This week in school our Year 10 students have been focusing on careers. On Thursday 6 July we ran an Enterprise Day called Build a Business in a Day with the aim of developing students’ entrepreneurial, teamwork and presentation skills.
And on Friday 7 July we hosted a Career Detective Day in school. The aim of the event was to develop greater awareness of the variety of local careers available and routes into them. Many thanks to In2ambition who lead the event and all the local employers who gave their time to support us including: the Army and the RAF, Guide Dogs, HSBC, IBM, JLR, National Grid, Pauline Quirke Academy, Warwickshire College and the local Chamber of Commerce.
