Myton students attended a fantastic opportunity this week at Mallory Court Hotel in the Root to Shoot project. Students worked with the Estate Manager and staff at the hotel, learning about the produce they grow and what is used in the kitchen. They gained a greater awareness about the sustainability programme used by Mallory Court Hotel and sowed seeds, which they will return to harvest in September. They will then work with the Commis Chef and kitchen staff to use their harvested produce to prepare and cook a delicious dish.
