During half term a group of our sixth formers spent 4 days in Rome on a humanities trip. They visited all the major sites including the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Vatican City including the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica, the iconic Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.
Head of History, Laura Reece said: “Rome was an amazing experience for all involved. It gave us not only a thirst for history – but for the amazing food and culture absorbed while we were there. The students were amazing and a credit to the school.”
