ASLEF (The Train Drivers Union) are taking strike action between 29 January and 6 February. Chiltern Railways services are heavily impacted by this strike action as well as services of other train operators. Due to an overtime and rest day work ban, journeys from Monday 29 January to Friday 2 February and Tuesday 6 February will be affected and a reduced timetable will be in operation and services will finish earlier than usual. We request customers to check before travelling during this period.
On Saturday 3 February, due to engineering works, the Chiltern main line will be closed between Princes Risborough and London and a heavily reduced service will be in operation.
On Sunday 4 February and Monday 5 February, no Chiltern Railways services will be in operation due to the ongoing industrial action.
Normal service is expected to resume on Wednesday 7 February.
Please check any journeys before travelling and consider alternative travel arrangements.
