Over the next few weeks we will be holding assemblies on maintaining good mental health. In form time on Thursday 2 February, students took part in a Time to Talk Day which is run by Time to Change, an organisation aiming to change how we all think and act about mental health problems.
In conjunction with these activities in school, we’d like to encourage parents to talk to their children about how to maintain good wellbeing. Here’s a poster that might help: 10 Keys to Happiness.
After half term we will be running some workshops for students on understanding anxiety, coping with exam stress and building confidence. Places are limited on these. We’ll let you know the details after half term.
