Myton fielded two girls teams in this week’s Key Stage 3 Badminton School Games tournament. The competition was hotly contested, with Myton A team finishing second behind Kingsley School (who Myton A team beat in the round robin stage of the competition). This hopefully should mean that we go forward to compete in the Warwickshire School Games event next year.

The B team also played well to finish fourth. The Key Stage 4 team will compete next Wednesday in their tournament.

Anyone interested in badminton can come along to our club every Wednesday lunchtime in the Sports Hall. Also, Warwickshire are running a restricted singles tournament in Warwick on Saturday 25 November at St Nick’s, please see Miss Cole for details.
