Our Year 12 media students went to Warwick University on Tues 5 July to explore ideology in film and learn how to use the university’s library. They watched the film Pride, explored different aspects of its ideologies and had a tour of the library. All the students who went are also now associate members of the university library and can use it to support their coursework research and/or Extended Project Qualification.
Mr Lowe, who organised the trip, said: “Today was a great opportunity for the media students to visit a top university, learn about essential research skills and enjoy a brilliant British film.”
