Mike Oldridge is the Chair of Governors at Myton and Link Governor for SEND, equality and mental health.

By profession I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Senior Manager in the NHS. I am also a Justice of the Peace for Coventry and Warwickshire criminal bench. Prior to being a governor at Myton I was a governor at Briar Hill and St Margaret’s primary school, and previous to that was Chair of Trustees of Relate South Warwickshire.

Tom Garner is currently the Assistant Head of Sixth form and has been with Myton School since 2019. Tom qualified as a Biology teacher in 2014.

Andy Perry has been Head teacher at Myton School since 2016. Prior to that he was Deputy Head teacher (from 27 April 2011).  Andy qualified as a History teacher in 1999.

Katharine Sherratt is a solicitor specialising in employment law. In her role, she advises HR teams across all sectors on employment law including redundancy, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE transfers and employment tribunals.

With over 18 years of experience in the employment field since qualification, she brings expert scrutiny on all HR based issues within the school. Furthermore, Katharine has significant experience with the negotiation of contracts, tenders and achieving best value as she has had experience of working on local government contracts. Whilst her main expertise is in employment law, she also offers significant knowledge in other legal areas and has analytical skills that are valuable in assessing the strategies being adopted by the school.

Julie is a parent to a Myton Sixth Former and a previous Myton student with special educational needs.

Julie is a children’s occupational therapist with over 30 years experience in the NHS. She has worked extensively with children, young people and their families in supporting them to participate in their educational and ensuring reasonable adjustments.

Julie currently works as the Designated Clinical Officer for special educational needs and disability (SEND) for Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board.

Richard is a long-term Leamington resident and parent to a Year 10 student.

He is currently responsible for procurement and property at a national accountancy firm, leading a team of 30 responsible for a multi-million pound budget across 20+ locations. He has a background in IT, procurement, property, and facilities management, having previously worked in the automotive and construction machinery industries.

Pritesh is a Warwick resident and parent to a Year 13 student.

He is currently a Transformation Director working as part of the commercial function at Atomic Weapons Establishment. He has a background in programme delivery, having previously worked across a number of different industries as a management consultant.
