Caretaker (part time)

£13,476 – £14,301 p.a. for 25 hours a week (year round) 

(Based on the full-time equivalent pay range £19,945 – £21,166 p.a. pro-rata)

As a member of the Premises Team, your main duties will include site security, receiving deliveries, distribution and liaising with contractors plus some cleaning and basic maintenance. You will be a flexible, hands-on, practically minded person who can communicate effectively with adults and young people.

Shifts are early/middle/late between 6am and 10pm week days during term time, and middle shifts during school holidays. Some additional hours are required every second or third weekend to cover lettings, and you will participate in the on call rota (approximately one week in three). Additional payments are made for these.
