Revision and Home Learning
For both courses, combined Revision Guides and Workbooks are available from the Learning Resource Centre.
Students also have access to the textbooks we use via Kerboodle and should ask if unsure of their login details.
There are two sides to science revision. Firstly, you need to know the content. Revision cards, spider diagrams, etc will help with this, as will SAM Learning.
However, you will be asked to apply your understanding a lot in the exams and the only way to get better at this is to practise exam questions.
There are revision booklets with ideas of how to revise each topic and lots of practice exam questions. These can be found on the HAP: Permanent resources > Science > AQA GCSE > Revision booklets.
These documents are incredibly useful and their use is strongly advised!
