Coronavirus

Twice weekly testing for Covid

We urge everyone to take a lateral flow test twice a week and to take a PCR test if they are showing any symptoms of Covid. Tests can be obtained from Student Support in school or from any pharmacy free of charge.

If your child has symptoms of Covid they should stay at home, take a PCR test and not attend school unless they have a negative result.

Please note that you do not need to notify the school of any negative results.

Reporting positive Covid cases

Schools are no longer carrying out track and trace. All track and trace is now undertaken by the NHS Track and Trace Service.

Please report any student absences as via the Myton absence line: 01926 493805 and follow the instructions in the letter sent out on Monday 19 July: DfE Track and Trace Letter
