Office Manager

£11,531 to £12,237 p.a. for 22.5 hours a week over 40 weeks a year

(£21,589 to £22,911 per annum pro-rata)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Office Manager to join our busy Reception team.  You will be responsible for prioritising the workload for the Administration and Reprographics teams, acting as the main point of contact for administrative support for the whole school. You will also oversee the inventory and School Post communication systems and ensure that the Reception area is welcoming to visitors, students and staff.

The role is offered for 22.5 hours a week ideally over 4 or 5 days a week, during term time plus training days and an additional 1 week during school holidays.  Due to the nature of the role, we require a start time of 8am each day.
