Last week, theatre in education company, Loudmouth visited school to present activities to Year 9 around understanding child exploitation.
This was funded by Warwick District Council and supervised by our Leadership Team. 267 students watched a drama performance followed by 30-minute discussion workshops.
The activity – part of the ‘Working for Marcus Tour’ – uses well researched drama, plus interactive sessions, to help young people spot the signs of child exploitation. Loudmouth supports Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education in schools.
The Loudmouth leaders were very impressed by our students, particularly their knowledge of the Myton Safeguarding Team. Well done to Year 9 and thank you to Loudmouth!
