We are spreading kindness in school this term with the introduction of kindness cards, used by students to share kind words and thoughts with others. Students can also access our new app, RAK (Random Acts of Kindness), which encourages a culture of ‘paying it forward’ by inspiring students with ideas for random acts of kindness.
This could be sitting next to someone who normally sits by themselves and chatting with them for a while or giving someone your seat on a crowded bus. Students can then share their kind actions via the app, including how it made them feel, and how it impacted someone else. There may even be some surprises for participating students along the way.
Students can download the app here or can scan the QR code below.
During the festive period students can also participate in our Random Acts of Kindness advent calendar, encouraging them to do something kind every day in December.
Let’s spread some kindness!
