Over the summer holidays every student is being set the challenge of keeping active and raising money for NHS Charities together and Cancer Research by completing any distance from 3km to 10km.

If you’d like some help, here’s a training plan for a 3km in 4 weeks and here’s the Couch to 5k plan.
You can use Strava, Garmin or Fitbit apps to record your distance. Everyone will receive a medal. Good luck!
