A reminder of what to do if your child has an appointment and you need to take them out of school. Please contact their Form Tutor to explain why you need them to leave school. You can do this by email (see email addresses for all form tutors) or you can send in a note. The form tutor signs it. Your child should then go to Student Support to sign out and to sign back in again when they return.
