You might have seen stories in the press about unclaimed money in Child Trust Fund accounts. The Department for Education and the Share Foundation charity are keen to ensure that young people aged 16-18 claim the money that’s in their name.
If your child is aged 16-18 and you think you might have lost track of their Child Trust Fund account, you can search for the account on the Share Foundation website. If you’re not sure what the accounts are or who might have one, there’s a video on YouTube that explains it all.
