Dear Parents & Carers
You will no doubt remember the process you went through when choosing a secondary school for your child(ren). Earlier this year we asked our Year 7 parents what helped them to arrive at their decision and many of them said they found a school tour very useful. As a result of this feedback we have set up a series of tours, hosted by myself and other members of the leadership team, during June/July and again in October.
Attending a school tour allows parents and children to see the school in action during a normal working day. We are also introducing new ‘enhanced’ tours, which we will be running on Tuesday 2 & Thursday 4 July, which include a talk by myself, a tour of the school site and a chance to meet some of our current Year 7 students. All dates for the tours are listed on our website and I’d be very grateful if you could share this information with any friends or family who have a child in Year 5 and who might be interested in attending.
