Learning Support/Behaviour Tutor

£14,573 to £15,162 p.a. for 33.5 hours a week term-time (£18,795 to £19,554 p.a.pro-rata)

Could you become part of a dedicated and dynamic team and change the future of many young lives in a positive way?

As a member of the Inclusion Team, you will provide effective intervention for students inside and out of the classroom to support students to address barriers to learning, and enable them to engage with and participate fully in school.

You will oversee the progress of vulnerable students including those eligible for Pupil Premium, planning intervention and liaising with teaching staff and other departments as necessary.  Individual, peer and group mentoring sessions will be required as well as liaison with parents/carers. You will be part of a team supporting students with independent study through Learning Boost classes.

You will need to be patient, firm and confident with vulnerable young people as well as energetic, caring and supportive.  This is a rewarding role for someone who is willing to give their full support to students.
